Returns and exchanges policy

General instructions

Product return is usually possible in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law up to 14 days, see details below:

To perform a return, follow the following rules:

1. Pack all items in the original packaging. Items purchased as sets must be returned as sets.

Fill out the return request form through the website and attach a copy of it.

3. A refund will be made to the credit card from which you purchased, a refundable check photo must be attached to receive the refund by bank transfer.

4. Send the package to the supplier's address from which you received the order. 

5. After you have sent the package, please notify the supplier via the messaging system or by sending an e-mail.

General conditions of eligibility for return or exchange of items

This will be possible by submitting a request to cancel the order through the user interface on the site. Cancellation of an order will only be possible until the date of confirmation of the order by the store (the " confirmation"). Until approval, the Company will make reasonable efforts to enable the cancellation of the order and subject to these terms. Prior to approval and from the moment the user submits a cancellation request, the price of the product will not be charged to the user. Despite this, please note: the company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the order amount or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and at its sole discretion. From the moment of approval, any cancellation or change will be in accordance with the policy of the specific store from which the user purchased. All cancellation requests will be submitted to the specific store, and only they have the authority to approve / reject the cancellation.

The company reserves the right to cancel orders entered by users who have violated these terms.

Rules for returning and replacing items with discovered defects:

Customers may notify the seller of any defects discovered and demand that they be rectified within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment they receive the items from the seller or the seller's representatives. The only exception is defects caused as a result of incorrect handling of items by the customer.

Customers have the right to refuse to pick up items and request a refund. In this case, the items must be returned to the seller, and the consumer's characteristics, factory labels and condition ready for sale must be maintained.

Our return and refund policy is described above. By law stores are required to advertise their refund policies. If a store does not publish any return policy, the law requires the store to receive returns within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
